Sizing and fit
Pick the width that matches your watch's lug width: the gap where the strap slots in. Most watches around 38 to 40mm take 20mm, and most around 42 to 45mm take 22mm. Always check your exact model.
The size guide shows three quick ways to check, or email us your watch model and we'll tell you which one to order.
Delivery and returns
We pack your order within 1 to 2 working days, then delivery takes 7 to 12 working days. Every parcel is tracked. Delivery is £3.95, or free on orders of £40 or more.
Not right? Send it back unworn within 14 days of delivery and we'll cover the return postage. Wrong width? We'll swap it.
Care
Wipe with a dry cloth. If it gets wet, let it dry naturally, away from radiators. Avoid swimming in it. The patina it builds over time is part of the charm.

Oil-wax leather
Gets better the more you wear it
Most cheap straps are "genuine leather": split hide with a painted coating that cracks and peels. Ours is top-grain cowhide finished with oil and wax, so instead of wearing out, it wears in.
Swap it in thirty seconds
- 1Slide the pin
Each strap has quick-release spring bars. Pull the little lever on the back.
- 2Lift the old strap out
No tools, no jeweller, no scratched lugs.
- 3Click the new one in
Line it up between the lugs, let go of the lever, give it a gentle tug.
