Where we ship
We currently ship to UK addresses only.

Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

Delivery time
Once dispatched, delivery takes 7–12 working days. In total, please allow 8–14 working days from the day you order. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally take longer during busy periods.

Delivery cost
- £3.95 tracked standard delivery to anywhere in the UK
- Free tracked delivery on orders of £40 or more

Tracking
Every order is tracked. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships. You can also follow it on our Track Your Order page.

Duties and taxes
All prices include UK VAT. There are no extra customs charges or fees to pay on delivery.

Delays and missing parcels
If your order hasn't arrived 14 working days after you placed it, email us at marlowsupplysupport@gmail.com with your order number and we'll chase it with the courier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Wrong address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Damaged on arrival
If your item arrives damaged, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
