Delivery

How long will my order take?

We pack your order within 1–2 working days, then it takes 7–12 working days to reach you. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment it ships. We'd rather tell you straight than promise next-day and miss it.

Why isn't it next-day?

We're a small brand and our straps ship from our production partner rather than a big UK warehouse. That's how we keep a properly made strap at around £20. The trade-off is a bit of a wait, so if you need something for this weekend, we're probably not the right call.

How much is delivery?

£3.95 to anywhere in the UK, and free on orders of £40 or more. Two straps gets you there.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Not at the moment. UK addresses only for now.

Where's my order?

Pop your tracking number into our order tracking page. If it's been more than 12 working days since you ordered, email us and we'll chase it.

Sizing and fitting

Which strap width do I need?

It's your watch's lug width: the gap where the strap slots in. Ours come in 20mm and 22mm. The size guide shows three quick ways to check, including one with a 1p coin.

Will it fit my watch?

If your watch takes a 20mm or 22mm strap with normal spring bars, yes. Smartwatches and watches with a built-in bracelet usually need their own straps. Not sure? Send us a photo of your watch and we'll tell you.

Do I need tools to fit it?

No. Every strap has quick-release pins. Slide the little lever, lift the old strap out, click the new one in. About thirty seconds, and no scratched lugs.

Materials and care

FKM or silicone, what's the difference?

FKM is a denser rubber. It doesn't attract lint, doesn't go chalky in the sun and copes with sweat, chlorine and salt water. Silicone straps tend to look tired after one summer.

Can I swim with the leather strap?

Best not. Oil-wax leather is fine with the odd splash, but soaking it will dry it out. For anything wet, swap to FKM. That's what it's for.

How do I look after my strap?

Leather: wipe it with a dry cloth, let it dry naturally if it gets wet and keep it off radiators. It'll darken and pick up character over time, which is the point. FKM: rinse it under the tap after the sea or the pool, with a drop of soap if it needs it.

Returns

What if it's not right?

Send it back within 14 days of delivery and we'll cover the return postage. It just needs to be unworn and in its original packaging. Email us your order number to start a return. Full details are in our returns policy.
