These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with us. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

2. Who can order
Our website is for consumers aged 18 or over with a delivery address in the United Kingdom. We currently only deliver to UK addresses.

3. Products
We do our best to show our products accurately. Because leather is a natural material and screens display colours differently, the colour and texture of your item may vary slightly from the photos. Oil-wax leather is designed to change in appearance with wear; this is not a fault.
Strap widths are listed in millimetres (20mm or 22mm). It's your responsibility to choose the width that matches your watch. Our size guide and support team are there to help.

4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.
If we make an obvious pricing error, we'll contact you before dispatching your order and you can choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. How the contract is formed
When you place an order, you'll receive an email acknowledging it. This doesn't mean we've accepted your order. Our acceptance takes place when we email you to confirm your order has shipped. If we can't accept your order, for example because an item is unavailable, we'll let you know and refund you in full.

6. Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and usually arrive within 7–12 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the item is delivered to you or someone you nominate.

7. Discount codes
Discount codes are limited to one per order unless stated otherwise, can't be exchanged for cash, and may have conditions such as being valid on a first order only. We may withdraw a code that is being misused.

8. Returns and your right to cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving a reason. Full details of how to cancel, return and get a refund are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

9. Faulty items and your legal rights
We're legally required to supply products that are as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If an item is faulty, please contact us and we'll put it right as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

10. Our liability
If we fail to comply with these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. We're not responsible for loss or damage that isn't foreseeable, or for business losses. We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Please fit straps carefully and check that the spring bars are secure before wearing. We're not responsible for damage to your watch caused by incorrect fitting.

11. Use of our website
You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. All content on this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to Marlow Supply and may not be copied or reused without our permission. You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

12. Your information
We use your personal information only as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Events outside our control
We're not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier delays, customs hold-ups, strikes or extreme weather. If this happens, we'll let you know and do what we can to minimise the delay. If the delay is significant, you can cancel and receive a refund for anything you haven't received.

14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.

15. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home country.
